Outlaw – A pack able boat that is great from traveling light, yet able to handle an astonishing 600 pounds of gear.  This boat was deigned with fly-in multi-day Alaskan trips in mind.  It is a valuable combination of fin and oar propulsion abilities.

Outlaw X5 – This is another great innovation from North Fork Outdoors.  The UniTrack pontoon design eases the assembly process by not needing to align individual pontoons, also this design allows for easy transition between different currents.

Skykomish Sunrise H2 – with the introduction of the Outlaw X5, adjustments to the Skykomish H2 have greatly increased the offering from North Fork Outdoors.  The Skykomish H2 pontoons come in 11’ lengths and reduced diameter that maintains the same buoyancy, but with a sleek low profile.

Dave Scadden Born To Fish DVD

Advanced Pontoon Craft Techniques – Know the water before trying most of this!

This contains great shots of technical whitewater & play boating on the Middle Fork of the Flathead, fishing the White River in Arkansas, the Snake River, Upper Sacramento, Mexico flats, the Green River, the Selway, Strawberry Reservoir, Jackson Hole, Chile, Back Country, the Yellowstone, and EZ Alaska.  Other techniques covered are anchoring, oar strokes, motors & engines on moving water, fly-in, and multi-day trips.  Also, included is good information and demonstration of uses on still waters with a motor.

If you are interested in running whitewater in pontoons boats, yet have uncertainties you will want to see this footage.  There are great shots to learn how the boats handle and their capabilities through class III and IV whitewater.  See what happens when a boat gets stuck in the middle of a rapid!

You will gain knowledge of many aspects, but most importantly you will see the opportunities available throughout the world and their accessibility!

A note:  I recommend both of these DVD’s for their great entertainment value and for the amount of knowledge you will gain if you are a relative new comer to boating.  Each DVD has a ton of footage from all over the world and is guaranteed to contain waters you are going to be able to relate to.  Congrats Dave!

Navigator II
Navigator II
The incredible 2008 Navigator II rewrites the book on portable pontoon craft design and performance. The Navigator is a true hybrid weighing in at an amazing 18 lbs. that effectively incorporates the best traits of a traditional pontoon boat and high performance float tubes. Unlike other portable boats currently on the market the Navigator rolls lightweight, low profile, front entry, an integrated oar system, rockered hull design, huge capacity and Class IV river capability into one boat. Those of you who have read Dave's book "Fishing Untouched Waters" know that one of his favorite boats of all time was the World Navigator. The two components his old Navigator lacked was ease of entry and a solid lightweight oar system. The new Navigator II covers these bases and much much more. It is literally the pontoon boat of the future.

The Navigator comes in an airline specific backpack travel bag that will accommodate the entire boat, oars, pump, two 4 piece rods, waders, wading shoes and fins. Now you can have all of your equipment in one carefully engineered travel package ready to pick up and go. With all of your equipment intact it should come under the 50 lb. airline weight limit!
